Shipping Locations

We currently dispatch orders across India from our craft studio and partner hubs. If you need international delivery for corporate gifting or special occasions, reach out to us and we will confirm feasibility, timelines, and costs.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship gifts: Typically dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Customized or bulk orders: Require additional lead time (3-10 business days) depending on design approvals, personalization, and quantity. Timelines are shared during quoting and reconfirmed on your invoice.

During peak festive seasons we may need extra days; if so, we will proactively communicate revised dispatch dates.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We use trusted courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket network, etc.) to ensure your parcels reach safely. Available service levels:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 4-7 business days for metros and tier-1 cities
  • 5-9 business days for tier-2/3 towns or remote pin codes
  • Tracking shared via email/SMS once dispatched

Express / Priority Shipping

  • Delivery within 2-4 business days (serviceable pin codes only)
  • Charged extra based on weight and distance
  • Ideal for corporate deadlines or last-minute gifting

Same Day / Next Day Delivery

  • Available in select cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad)
  • Requires confirmation before noon and depends on product availability
  • Handled via biker or taxi services; surcharge applies

Shipping Charges

Complimentary Shipping: Automatically applied on prepaid orders above the threshold displayed at checkout (varies during promotions or bulk programs).

Calculated Shipping: For other orders, charges depend on:

  • Destination pin code and serviceability
  • Parcel weight/volumetric weight
  • Packaging type (glass jars, fragile decor, etc.)
  • Chosen shipping speed

The final shipping fee appears on the payment page before you confirm the order.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive:

  • An email and SMS with the AWB/tracking number
  • A link to the courier partner’s tracking page
  • Status updates inside your shahies account dashboard

For corporate or bulk orders we can arrange consolidated tracking reports on request. Contact support with your invoice number for assistance.

Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts: Couriers usually attempt delivery up to two times and may contact you by phone. Unreachable numbers or premises can lead to return-to-origin.

Address Accuracy: Provide detailed addresses, landmarks, and active phone numbers. For company receptions or gated communities, inform the security desk about the incoming parcel to avoid reattempts.

Address Changes: Submit change requests before dispatch. Once in transit, rerouting is possible only for select carriers and may incur extra fees.

Delivery Issues and Delays

Unforeseen factors can impact timelines, including:

  • Festive rush, weather alerts, or government restrictions
  • Remote pin codes requiring special routing
  • Incorrect contact details or unavailability of recipient
  • Customs clearance for international corporate shipments

We monitor every dispatch and coordinate with the courier to resolve delays. You will receive proactive updates if a shipment needs extra time.

Undelivered Orders

Parcels returned due to refusal, unreachable addresses, or repeated failed attempts will be marked as RTO (Return To Origin). Once received back:

  • We can reship after collecting updated shipping charges
  • Or issue store credit minus original freight and handling fees

Custom-made items may not be eligible for refunds if the delivery failure was due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Product Packaging

Every shahies parcel is treated like a keepsake:

  • Multi-layer protection for glassware, artisanal jars, and fragile decor
  • Temperature-conscious packaging for chocolates or gourmet items
  • Tamper-evident seals and moisture-resistant outer cartons
  • Personalized sleeves or gift notes when requested

Report any transit damage within 48 hours with unboxing photos so we can assist promptly.
